Booking Terms and Conditions

  • All services and prices are inclusive Fijian government taxes and levies.
  • Travelers name in the booking form should be exactly as per passports and other Identification cards. Fiji-Tours.com (trading as Dynasty Tours & Travels) will not bear any liability for the name change fee if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
  • Fiji-Tours.com (trading as Dynasty Tours & Travels) or the service provider reserves the right to cancel/delay departures, arrange alternative transport, vary schedules, amend itineraries, and services if necessary for the guests’ safety and comfort in case of weather conditions, strikes and/ or other external unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control. We will do our best to process refunds as applicable.

What happens when a booking is made?

  • Once your payment is successful, please allow 2-5 business days for your bookings and prepaid voucher confirmation to be issued. However, in case of urgency, you can contact us on [email protected]or +679 331-6347 / +679 223-6347
  • It is understood that we act as agents only for all services covered hereby. In case any service of your holiday is unavailable for your selected date, we will provide you with an alternative date. However, shall this alternative date not be the best fit, we will issue you a full refund for that service.
  • Once your bookings are processed and your e-voucher has been issued, this is not transferable or exchangeable. This voucher can be shown to each service provider to begin enjoying your holiday in Fiji!

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made 24 hours prior to the service will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation more than 72hours will incur a 10% administration fee.

Fiji Tours (trading as Dynasty Tours & Travels) reserves the right to cancel or amend any trip due to weather conditions/tour availability or any unforeseen circumstances.

Fiji Tours (trading as Dynasty Tours & Travels) will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury to any guest that books with us.  All complaints will have to be sent to the service providers directly. However, we will assist to the best of our ability wherever required.
